How is participation done?
Step 1: Fill in the electronic form

Although anonymous contributions are accepted, the indication of the identity and contact details of the author of the contribution allows Consteel, if necessary, to request additional information.
The information must be presented accurately and as completely as possible.

Step 2: Submit the supporting documents

Consteel recommends the presentation of documents supporting participation.

Confidentiality
Consteel guarantees the protection of personal data collected through the form for reporting infringements, in accordance with European and national legislation on the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

Confidentiality regarding the identity of the author of the report is also guaranteed at all times or until such information is required to safeguard the rights of defense of those targeted by the complaint, within the scope of the investigations to which it gives rise or of proceedings subsequent court cases.

The reports made cannot, by themselves, serve as a basis for the initiation by the credit institution of any disciplinary, civil or criminal procedure in relation to the author of the report, unless they are deliberately and manifestly unfounded.

All entries must be made in good faith and on reasonable grounds. The deliberate and manifestly unfounded use of the infringement reporting form may constitute a criminal offence.
